Oracles

Oracles and Data Feeds

LNDfi employs a robust price module system that integrates multiple oracle providers to ensure accurate and reliable data feeds. Chainlink and Redstone serves as the primary oracle providers. Oracles are critical in DeFi, delivering real-time market data such as asset prices to the blockchain. These feeds play a vital role in collateral valuation, loan management, and liquidation processes.

Multi-Oracle Strategy

To mitigate the risk of price manipulation, LNDfi implements a multi-oracle integration approach. By aggregating data from multiple sources, we enhance the accuracy, reliability, and continuity of price feeds while minimizing anomalies.

  • Primary Oracles: Chainlink & Redstone is the main data providers.

Oracle Providers

🔹 Chainlink Chainlink oracles provide highly reliable, decentralised price data for various assets. These price feeds pull data from multiple sources and aggregate them, minimising the risk of manipulation or outages.

🔹 Redstone Redstone provides modular oracle service, ensuring high-frequency, reliable, and diverse data feeds. LNDfi uses Redstone’s Classic model, where data is pushed on-chain via a relayer based on predefined conditions like heartbeat intervals and deviation thresholds.
