Fees & Yield

Fees

LNDfi applies minimal platform fees, which vary based on market conditions, asset types, and pool structures. Key fees include:

  • Reserve Factor – A portion of the earned interest is allocated to the insurance fund and treasury.

  • Liquidation Fees – A fraction of the liquidation bonus is directed to the treasury when a position is liquidated.

  • Flash Loan Fees – A 0.1% fee applies to flash loans, which must be repaid within the same transaction.

Yield

LNDfi provides dynamic and competitive yield rates for lenders, with interest rates adjusting according to liquidity pool supply and demand—higher demand leads to increased returns. Additionally, E-Mode in Core Pools optimizes capital efficiency for correlated assets, further enhancing yield potential.
